AdultClub Complaints Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2026 Last Updated: July 31, 2026

1. Purpose

AdultClub is committed to maintaining a lawful, consensual, safe, and professionally operated adult-wellness education platform. This Complaints Policy explains how users, instructors, creators, performers, depicted persons, rights holders, law-enforcement representatives, and members of the public may report content or conduct involving AdultClub. It also explains how MedicalWeb LLC, doing business as AdultClub (“AdultClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), receives, prioritizes, investigates, and resolves complaints. This Policy applies to AdultClub.ai and every AdultClub website, mobile application, profile, course, live session, messaging feature, payment feature, or other service that links to this Policy, collectively the “Service.”

5. How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted through:
  1. The Report Content option available on or near applicable content, profiles, courses, messages, or live sessions, where available; or
  2. Email to:
adultclubai@gmail.com Use the following email subject line: AdultClub Content Complaint For an urgent safety matter, use: URGENT AdultClub Safety Complaint Written complaints may also be mailed to: AdultClub Content Compliance MedicalWeb LLC 5400 South Lakeshore Drive suite 112 Tempe, AZ 85283, US Telephone: 1-888-838-1902 Email: adultclubai@gmail.com A telephone call may be used to alert AdultClub to an urgent issue. AdultClub may require a written report before completing its investigation.

6. Information to Include

A complaint should include as much of the following information as reasonably available:
  • The complainant’s full name;
  • Email address and telephone number;
  • The exact URL or location of the reported content;
  • The username, instructor name, or profile involved;
  • The title of the course, video, image, message, or live session;
  • A detailed description of the alleged violation;
  • The date and approximate time of the incident;
  • Whether the complainant appears or is heard in the content;
  • Whether the complainant is acting for another person;
  • Whether a minor may be involved;
  • Whether anyone may be in immediate danger;
  • Whether consent, age, identity, or ownership is disputed;
  • Whether the matter has been reported to law enforcement;
  • Relevant screenshots, communications, releases, or other evidence; and
  • The outcome requested by the complainant.
A complainant should identify each specific item being reported. A general reference to an entire profile, category, or website may delay the investigation.

7. Do Not Copy or Send Suspected Illegal Images

A person reporting suspected child sexual abuse material or other unlawful sexual imagery should not:
  • Download it;
  • Copy it;
  • Forward it;
  • Re-upload it;
  • Attach it to an email;
  • Send it through AdultClub messages; or
  • Distribute it to another person.
Instead, provide:
  • The exact URL or content location;
  • The username or profile involved;
  • A description of what was observed;
  • The date and approximate time it was observed; and
  • Any information explaining why a minor or exploited person may be involved.
AdultClub will preserve and handle relevant evidence through restricted procedures.

8. Emergency Situations

AdultClub’s complaint system is not an emergency service. A person who believes someone is in immediate danger should contact local emergency services or appropriate law enforcement immediately. Submitting a report to AdultClub does not prevent anyone from also contacting:
  • Law enforcement;
  • Emergency services;
  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children;
  • An attorney;
  • A victim-support organization; or
  • Another appropriate authority.

9. Anonymous Complaints

AdultClub may accept anonymous complaints. However, an anonymous complaint may be more difficult to investigate when AdultClub cannot:
  • Request clarification;
  • Verify the complainant’s identity;
  • Confirm that the complainant appears in the content;
  • Review supporting documentation; or
  • Communicate the outcome.
AdultClub will review credible anonymous reports, particularly those involving minors, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual content, violence, or immediate danger.

10. Complaints Submitted by Representatives

An attorney, agent, parent, guardian, organization, or other authorized representative may submit a complaint for an affected person. AdultClub may request:
  • Written authorization;
  • Proof of identity;
  • Proof of guardianship;
  • A signed representation statement;
  • Professional contact information; or
  • Other evidence of authority.
AdultClub may contact the affected person directly when necessary to confirm their identity, consent, safety, or requested outcome.

11. Complaint Acknowledgment

AdultClub will ordinarily acknowledge a complete written complaint within two business days. An acknowledgment may include:
  • A case or reference number;
  • A request for additional information;
  • A description of the review process;
  • Notice of an interim restriction; or
  • Instructions for providing supporting records.
Automated reports may receive an immediate automated confirmation. Failure to receive a confirmation does not necessarily mean the complaint was rejected.

12. Complaint Priorities

AdultClub prioritizes complaints according to severity, credibility, urgency, and possible harm.

Priority One: Immediate danger or child safety

Examples include:
  • A person who may be under 18;
  • Suspected child sexual abuse material;
  • Grooming or enticement;
  • Child trafficking;
  • An ongoing assault;
  • Active exploitation;
  • A credible threat of imminent violence;
  • A missing or endangered person; or
  • A live session involving immediate danger.
AdultClub may immediately stop a live session, restrict content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, and refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

Priority Two: Illegal or non-consensual content

Examples include:
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • Hidden-camera content;
  • Sexual deepfakes;
  • Trafficking or coercion;
  • Stolen intimate content;
  • A credible depicted-person removal request;
  • Content involving an incapacitated person; or
  • Unlawful commercial sexual services.
AdultClub may temporarily disable the content while investigating.

Priority Three: Other serious violations

Examples include:
  • Harassment;
  • Fraud;
  • Privacy violations;
  • Intellectual property violations;
  • Dangerous misinformation;
  • Misrepresentation;
  • Unauthorized products or services; or
  • Repeated violations.
These complaints will be handled according to the available evidence and potential risk.

13. Interim Protective Measures

AdultClub may temporarily restrict content or account activity while a complaint is reviewed. Interim measures may include:
  • Disabling reported content;
  • Ending a live session;
  • Restricting messages;
  • Suspending uploads;
  • Restricting purchases or sales;
  • Suspending monetization;
  • Restricting credits or withdrawals;
  • Suspending an account;
  • Preserving relevant records; or
  • Preventing content from being re-uploaded.
AdultClub may take interim action when:
  • A complaint appears credible;
  • A minor may be involved;
  • Consent is disputed;
  • Age or identity records are missing;
  • Evidence may be destroyed;
  • Continued publication may cause additional harm;
  • Financial fraud may be occurring; or
  • AdultClub is required to act by law, court order, or a business partner.
An interim restriction is not necessarily a final determination.

14. Investigation Process

AdultClub may investigate a complaint by:
  • Reviewing the reported content;
  • Reviewing related profiles, messages, courses, or transactions;
  • Reviewing upload and access records;
  • Examining age and identity verification records;
  • Reviewing consent records and performer releases;
  • Requesting original source files;
  • Requesting proof of ownership or authorization;
  • Reviewing professional credentials;
  • Communicating with the complainant;
  • Communicating with the uploader or account holder;
  • Contacting a depicted person;
  • Reviewing associated or linked accounts;
  • Reviewing prior complaints and enforcement decisions;
  • Consulting legal counsel or qualified specialists;
  • Contacting payment processors or service providers; or
  • Cooperating with appropriate authorities.
AdultClub may consider all reasonably available information. A release, contract, or statement does not automatically determine the outcome.

15. Requests for Additional Information

AdultClub may request information from the complainant, uploader, account holder, depicted person, or another relevant party. Requested information may include:
  • Government-issued identification;
  • Proof that a complainant appears in the content;
  • Proof of legal guardianship;
  • Performer releases;
  • Consent records;
  • Production records;
  • Proof of copyright ownership;
  • Licenses or permissions;
  • Original source files;
  • Relevant communications;
  • Transaction records;
  • Professional licenses;
  • Police reports;
  • Court orders; or
  • Signed factual statements.
Failure to provide requested information may affect AdultClub’s ability to complete its review. AdultClub may still remove or restrict content when other available evidence supports enforcement.

16. Complaints From Depicted Persons

Any person who appears or is heard in content may request review or removal. A depicted person may report that:
  • They did not consent to being recorded;
  • They did not consent to publication;
  • They did not consent to commercial distribution;
  • The content exceeds the permission originally provided;
  • Their consent was obtained through force, fraud, threats, or coercion;
  • They were underage when the content was produced;
  • They were unable to provide valid consent;
  • The identification or release records are false;
  • The content has been manipulated or falsely attributed to them;
  • Publication creates a serious safety risk; or
  • They otherwise dispute the use or distribution of the content.
AdultClub may require reasonable identity verification before processing the request. AdultClub may temporarily restrict the content while the person’s identity and consent records are reviewed. If the uploader cannot provide reliable proof of the depicted person’s age, identity, participation, and distribution consent, AdultClub may permanently remove the content and take action against the uploader.

17. Withdrawal or Dispute of Consent

AdultClub distinguishes among:
  • A claim that consent never existed;
  • A claim that consent was obtained through force, fraud, or coercion;
  • A claim that the content exceeds the consent originally provided; and
  • A request to withdraw previously valid distribution consent.
AdultClub will remove content when it determines that the content was created or distributed without valid consent or beyond the scope of the consent provided. AdultClub may also remove content when continued publication creates a significant safety, exploitation, legal, or payment-compliance concern. A contract or release does not excuse unlawful, fraudulent, coerced, or non-consensual conduct.

18. Resolution Timeframes

AdultClub will address complaints concerning illegal or non-consensual content within seven business days after receiving enough information to locate and evaluate the reported content. AdultClub will act sooner when a complaint involves:
  • A minor;
  • Suspected child sexual abuse material;
  • Trafficking;
  • Immediate danger;
  • Active exploitation;
  • A credible threat;
  • Non-consensual intimate content; or
  • An ongoing live session.
Addressing a complaint may include:
  • Temporarily restricting content;
  • Permanently removing content;
  • Requesting additional information;
  • Suspending an account;
  • Referring the matter to authorities;
  • Determining that the report cannot be substantiated; or
  • Taking another appropriate interim or final action.
A complex investigation may take longer than seven business days to complete. AdultClub may maintain interim restrictions while the investigation continues. Other complaints will ordinarily be reviewed within ten business days after AdultClub receives the information necessary to investigate them. Timeframes may be extended due to:
  • Incomplete information;
  • Difficulty verifying identity;
  • Multiple involved parties;
  • Technical complexity;
  • A related law-enforcement investigation;
  • A court order;
  • Cross-border legal issues;
  • A large volume of content;
  • Specialized review requirements; or
  • Circumstances outside AdultClub’s reasonable control.

19. Possible Outcomes

AdultClub may take one or more of the following actions:
  • Determine that no violation occurred;
  • Request additional information;
  • Issue a warning;
  • Require content modification;
  • Add an access restriction or warning;
  • Disable or remove content;
  • End a live session;
  • Restrict messages or other account features;
  • Require renewed identity verification;
  • Require updated consent documentation;
  • Suspend sales or monetization;
  • Restrict credits, purchases, withdrawals, or transfers;
  • Temporarily suspend an account;
  • Permanently terminate an account;
  • Terminate related accounts;
  • Prevent account re-registration;
  • Preserve relevant records;
  • Notify a payment processor or business partner;
  • Report suspected criminal conduct; or
  • Take another action permitted under AdultClub’s policies or applicable law.
AdultClub may remove content for violating its policies even when no court has determined that the content is unlawful.

20. Notice of the Decision

Where reasonably appropriate, AdultClub may notify the complainant that:
  • The complaint was reviewed;
  • The content was restricted or removed;
  • Additional information is required;
  • The complaint could not be substantiated;
  • The complaint must be handled under another process;
  • The matter was referred to appropriate authorities; or
  • The investigation was closed.
AdultClub may notify the affected account holder of:
  • The content or conduct involved;
  • The policy allegedly violated;
  • The action taken;
  • Whether an appeal is available; and
  • The information required for an appeal.
AdultClub may limit information provided when disclosure could:
  • Endanger someone;
  • Reveal a complainant’s identity;
  • Interfere with an investigation;
  • Violate privacy rights;
  • Violate a court order or applicable law;
  • Compromise evidence;
  • Reveal confidential security procedures; or
  • Enable policy evasion.

21. Appeals

A complainant or affected account holder may appeal certain decisions. Appeals must be sent to: Email: adultclubai@gmail.com Subject: AdultClub Complaint Appeal An appeal should include:
  • The case or reference number;
  • The appellant’s full name;
  • The affected account or content;
  • The decision being challenged;
  • The reason the decision is believed to be incorrect;
  • Any new evidence or missing context; and
  • The requested outcome.
When reasonably practicable, an appeal will be reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision. Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore content or reactivate an account. AdultClub may reject an appeal that:
  • Merely repeats information already considered;
  • Contains no relevant new evidence;
  • Is abusive, fraudulent, or threatening;
  • Concerns content involving a minor;
  • Attempts to restore child sexual abuse material;
  • Challenges action required by law or court order;
  • Concerns a permanently prohibited content category; or
  • Is intended to evade enforcement.

22. Copyright Complaints

Copyright complaints must follow AdultClub’s DMCA Copyright Policy. DMCA notices should be sent to: DMCA Agent: Kyle Rao Legal Entity: MedicalWeb LLC Address: 5400 South Lakeshore Drive suite 112, Tempe, AZ 85283, US Telephone: 1-888-838-1902 Email: adultclubai@gmail.com Use the subject line: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice A general complaint stating that content was “stolen” may not contain all information required for a formal DMCA notice. AdultClub may still review that content under its Prohibited Content Policy.

23. Law-Enforcement Requests

Law-enforcement and government representatives should provide:
  • Their name;
  • Agency;
  • Title;
  • Official contact information;
  • The nature of the request;
  • The relevant account or content identifiers;
  • The legal authority supporting the request; and
  • Any applicable deadline or emergency circumstances.
AdultClub may require valid legal process before disclosing user information unless disclosure is otherwise legally required or permitted.

24. Child-Safety Reports

AdultClub treats reports involving possible child sexual exploitation as urgent. AdultClub may:
  • Immediately restrict the content;
  • Suspend associated accounts;
  • Preserve account, communication, and transaction records;
  • Limit employee access to the reported material;
  • Submit legally required reports;
  • Cooperate with law enforcement; and
  • Take other actions required or permitted by law.
AdultClub may act without first notifying the accused user when advance notice could create additional danger, cause evidence destruction, or interfere with an investigation.

25. Privacy and Confidentiality

AdultClub will handle complaints with appropriate discretion, but complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Information submitted through a complaint may be shared with:
  • AdultClub personnel and contractors who need the information;
  • The affected account holder;
  • A depicted person;
  • Legal counsel;
  • Payment processors;
  • Hosting, security, moderation, or verification providers;
  • Law-enforcement agencies;
  • Government authorities;
  • Courts;
  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children; or
  • Other parties when required or permitted by law.
AdultClub may summarize a complaint or remove identifying information when reasonably possible. Complainants should not submit sensitive information that is not necessary to investigate the complaint.

26. No Retaliation

AdultClub prohibits retaliation against anyone who:
  • Submits a good-faith complaint;
  • Requests removal;
  • Disputes or withdraws consent;
  • Participates in an investigation;
  • Provides evidence;
  • Assists an affected person;
  • Contacts law enforcement; or
  • Appeals a decision.
Prohibited retaliation includes:
  • Threats;
  • Harassment;
  • Doxxing;
  • Blackmail;
  • Sextortion;
  • Publishing additional intimate content;
  • Targeting the person’s family or employer;
  • Filing knowingly false counter-complaints; or
  • Encouraging others to retaliate.
Retaliation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

27. False or Abusive Complaints

Users may not knowingly submit:
  • False complaints;
  • Fabricated evidence;
  • Fraudulent identification;
  • Altered communications;
  • False claims of appearing in content;
  • False intellectual property claims;
  • Complaints intended solely to harass another person;
  • Complaints intended to suppress lawful competition;
  • Repeated duplicate complaints intended to disrupt AdultClub;
  • Complaints submitted as part of extortion or blackmail; or
  • Other materially misleading reports.
AdultClub will not penalize someone merely because a good-faith complaint cannot be substantiated. Knowingly false or abusive complaints may result in restricted reporting privileges, account action, legal action, or referral to appropriate authorities.

28. Evidence Preservation

AdultClub may preserve information related to a complaint, including:
  • Reported content;
  • Original source files;
  • Account information;
  • Identity and age-verification records;
  • Performer releases;
  • Consent records;
  • Messages;
  • Transaction and payment information;
  • IP addresses;
  • Device information;
  • Upload and access logs;
  • Complaint correspondence;
  • Internal review records; and
  • Associated account information.
Content may be removed from public access while being retained securely for legal, compliance, evidentiary, fraud-prevention, or safety purposes.

29. Interference With an Investigation

Users may not:
  • Delete or alter requested evidence;
  • Threaten a complainant;
  • Pressure a depicted person to withdraw a complaint;
  • Submit fabricated releases;
  • Transfer reported content to another account;
  • Re-upload restricted content;
  • Create replacement accounts;
  • Conceal related accounts;
  • Manipulate metadata or logs; or
  • Otherwise obstruct an investigation.
Interference may result in immediate account termination.

30. No Guarantee of a Particular Outcome

AdultClub reviews complaints based on the information reasonably available at the time. AdultClub does not guarantee:
  • That every complaint will result in removal;
  • That every investigation will produce a definitive factual finding;
  • That removed content can be deleted from unrelated third-party services;
  • That a complainant will receive confidential information;
  • That AdultClub can resolve every private dispute; or
  • That AdultClub’s decision determines the parties’ legal rights.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a party from pursuing available legal remedies.

31. Changes to This Policy

AdultClub may update this Policy to reflect changes in:
  • Applicable law;
  • Payment-network requirements;
  • Safety practices;
  • Technology;
  • AdultClub’s services;
  • Moderation procedures; or
  • Business operations.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
