AdultClub Prohibited Content Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

AdultClub is an adult-wellness education and content platform operated by Medical Web LLC (“AdultClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

AdultClub is committed to maintaining a lawful, consensual, safe, and professionally operated platform. This Prohibited Content Policy explains what content, conduct, products, services, and transactions are not permitted on AdultClub.ai or any AdultClub website, mobile application, community, messaging feature, live service, or other service that links to this Policy, collectively the “Service.”

This Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses the Service, including:

Members;
Instructors;
Creators;
Performers;
Affiliates;
Advertisers;
Partners;
Guests; and
Other users or account holders.

This Policy applies to all material transmitted through or connected to the Service, including:

Videos and live streams;
Courses and educational programs;
Photographs and images;
Audio recordings;
Written content;
Usernames and profile information;
Thumbnails and promotional materials;
Comments and reviews;
Private and group messages;
Links and embedded content;
Downloadable files;
Advertisements and offers;
Artificially generated or digitally altered material; and
Transactions, products, services, and off-platform offers promoted through AdultClub.

This Policy is incorporated into AdultClub’s Terms of Service. Violating this Policy may result in content rejection, removal, payment restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, reporting to appropriate authorities, or other action.

AdultClub may prohibit content that is technically lawful when we reasonably determine that the content creates an unacceptable safety, consent, exploitation, payment-processing, reputational, or legal risk.

2. Adults Only

AdultClub is intended exclusively for adults who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

No person under 18 may:

Create an AdultClub account;
Access age-restricted AdultClub content;
Appear in content offered through AdultClub;
Upload or distribute AdultClub content;
Participate in an AdultClub course or live session;
Communicate with users through AdultClub;
Receive payments, credits, or other compensation; or
Be represented as an instructor, creator, performer, or participant.

Where applicable law requires a person to be older than 18 to engage in particular conduct, the higher legal age applies.

3. Minors and Child Sexual Exploitation

AdultClub has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking involving minors, or the sexualization of minors.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Any sexual or sexually suggestive depiction of a person under 18;
Child sexual abuse material or apparent child sexual abuse material;
Content depicting, promoting, requesting, describing, linking to, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor;
Sexual communications with or directed toward a minor;
Grooming, enticement, sextortion, or solicitation of a minor;
Requests for sexual images or videos from a minor;
Content that sexualizes an identifiable minor;
Content depicting a minor in fetishized, sexually suggestive, or exploitative circumstances;
Digitally created, animated, illustrated, manipulated, or AI-generated sexual content depicting or appearing to depict a minor;
Sexual deepfakes involving a minor;
Content involving an adult presented as, impersonating, or role-playing as a minor;
Content marketed using terms, themes, clothing, settings, dialogue, or visual presentation intended to suggest that a participant is under 18;
“Age-play” or similar content in which a participant is presented as a child;
Content involving school-age role-playing when presented in a sexual manner;
Content labeled or marketed as “underage,” “child,” “minor,” “schoolchild,” or similar terms;
Content involving a person whose adult age cannot be verified; and
Links, instructions, coded terms, payment requests, or other methods used to locate, acquire, trade, or distribute prohibited material involving minors.

AdultClub may immediately suspend associated accounts, preserve relevant information, prevent further access to the material, and make reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or appropriate law-enforcement authorities as required or permitted by law.

Users must not download, copy, forward, share, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. It should be reported immediately using the reporting process described below.

4. Age and Identity Verification

Every instructor, creator, uploader, performer, and other person depicted in age-restricted content must be an adult whose age and identity have been verified through documentation and procedures acceptable to AdultClub.

Users may not:

Use false identification;
Use another person’s identity;
Alter or falsify an identification document;
Submit expired, fraudulent, stolen, or misleading documentation;
Allow an unverified person to appear in content;
Upload content depicting a person whose age or identity has not been confirmed;
Misrepresent the date on which content was created;
Conceal the identity of a depicted person from AdultClub;
Create an account for another person without authorization; or
Attempt to avoid AdultClub’s verification procedures.

AdultClub may require renewed verification at any time.

Approval of an account does not authorize unverified people to appear in content uploaded through that account.

5. Consent Requirements

All content involving another identifiable person must be created and distributed with that person’s informed, voluntary, specific, and documented consent.

The uploader must be able to demonstrate that every depicted person:

Was an adult when the content was created;
Was legally and mentally capable of providing consent;
Voluntarily agreed to participate;
Understood the nature of the activity;
Agreed to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise depicted;
Agreed to the particular sexual acts or activities depicted;
Agreed to the upload and distribution of the content;
Agreed to the content being made available through AdultClub;
Understood whether the content would be sold, licensed, streamed, or monetized; and
Was not forced, threatened, deceived, trafficked, impaired, or coerced.

The following are prohibited:

Content created without the knowledge of a depicted person;
Content uploaded without the depicted person’s authorization;
Secretly recorded or hidden-camera content;
Voyeuristic content recorded in a location where privacy was reasonably expected;
Stolen, leaked, hacked, or unlawfully obtained intimate material;
“Revenge porn” or non-consensual intimate imagery;
Content distributed beyond the scope of the consent originally provided;
Content where consent was obtained through threats, fraud, coercion, blackmail, or abuse of power;
Content involving a person who was asleep, unconscious, incapacitated, or unable to consent;
Content involving a person whose judgment was substantially impaired by alcohol, drugs, illness, or another condition;
Content in which consent was withdrawn before or during the depicted activity;
Content that falsely portrays a person as consenting to sexual conduct;
Sexual deepfakes or manipulated intimate images created without the person’s consent; and
Content that was authorized for private use but not for public or commercial distribution.

A contract or model release does not excuse conduct that was non-consensual when it occurred.

Any person depicted in content may ask AdultClub to review the content and the associated consent records. AdultClub may remove or restrict the content while the request is investigated.

6. Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking, and Coercion

AdultClub prohibits any content or conduct that depicts, promotes, facilitates, encourages, advertises, or profits from human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion.

Prohibited activity includes:

Sex trafficking;
Labor trafficking connected to sexual content;
Forced sexual activity;
Commercial sexual exploitation;
Transporting, recruiting, harboring, obtaining, or controlling a person for exploitation;
Withholding identification documents to control another person;
Threatening a person’s safety, family, immigration status, housing, employment, or finances;
Requiring sexual activity as a condition of employment, housing, payment, or continued participation;
Using debt, dependency, drugs, threats, violence, or blackmail to compel participation;
Profiting from content known or reasonably suspected to involve exploitation;
Recruiting people for exploitative sexual activity;
Advertising or arranging unlawful commercial sexual services;
Using AdultClub to identify or target vulnerable people for exploitation; and
Directing users to external platforms, phone numbers, messaging services, or locations for exploitative activity.

AdultClub may suspend accounts and associated transactions while suspected exploitation is investigated.

7. Non-Consensual and Abusive Sexual Content

Content that depicts, promotes, eroticizes, or encourages non-consensual sexual activity is prohibited.

This includes content involving:

Rape or sexual assault;
Forced or coerced sexual activity;
Sexual violence;
Kidnapping or unlawful confinement for a sexual purpose;
Blackmail or threats used to obtain sexual conduct;
Sexual activity with an unconscious or incapacitated person;
Drug-facilitated sexual activity;
Sexual activity where a participant communicates withdrawal of consent;
Abuse of authority to obtain sexual conduct;
Sexual torture;
Sexualized domestic violence; or
Content presented as actual non-consensual activity.

Simulated content may also be prohibited when it is marketed, labeled, presented, or reasonably understood as sexualizing rape, coercion, forced activity, or a lack of consent.

Legitimate educational discussion about consent, abuse prevention, victim support, safety, or recovery may be permitted when it is clearly educational, presented responsibly, and does not include prohibited imagery or promote abusive conduct.

8. Prohibited Extreme or Illegal Sexual Content

AdultClub prohibits content involving or promoting:

Bestiality or sexual activity involving animals;
Necrophilia or sexual activity involving human remains;
Incest involving actual family members;
Sexual activity involving serious physical injury;
Sexual mutilation;
Snuff content;
Death presented for sexual gratification;
Forced bodily penetration;
Sexual torture;
Sexual activity involving an unwilling person;
Sexual activity that is illegal where the content was created or distributed; and
Other conduct that AdultClub reasonably determines creates an unacceptable risk of serious injury, abuse, illegality, or exploitation.

This restriction applies to real, simulated, illustrated, animated, digitally altered, and artificially generated content.

Educational content addressing criminal conduct, sexual health risks, abuse prevention, or recovery may be permitted when it is non-exploitative and does not graphically depict or promote prohibited conduct.

9. Prostitution, Escorting, and In-Person Sexual Services

AdultClub is not an escort, prostitution, or sexual-services marketplace.

Users may not use AdultClub to:

Offer or request sexual activity in exchange for money, credits, gifts, lodging, travel, drugs, or anything else of value;
Advertise escort services;
Arrange prostitution;
Negotiate prices for in-person sexual activity;
Solicit in-person sexual services;
Recruit people for commercial sexual activity;
Publish menus or rates for sexual services;
Redirect users to another service for the purpose of arranging compensated sexual activity;
Use coded language to evade these restrictions;
Sell access to an in-person sexual encounter;
Offer “meetups” that include or imply sexual services for compensation; or
Facilitate trafficking or unlawful commercial sexual conduct.

AdultClub credits may be used only for products, services, and platform activities expressly authorized by AdultClub. Credits may not be used to purchase or arrange in-person sexual conduct.

10. Violence, Abuse, and Dangerous Conduct

Users may not publish content that depicts, encourages, celebrates, instructs, or threatens:

Murder or serious physical violence;
Domestic abuse;
Sexual violence;
Torture;
Human mutilation;
Credible threats against a person or group;
Self-harm or suicide;
Dangerous choking, suffocation, strangulation, or restraint without clear safety controls;
Non-consensual physical punishment;
Harm to animals;
Dangerous acts likely to cause severe injury or death;
Instructions for carrying out violent crimes; or
Content created through actual abuse.

AdultClub may permit responsible educational material about personal safety, consensual practices, first aid, abuse prevention, or risk reduction when it is presented by a qualified person and does not encourage dangerous or unlawful conduct.

11. Drugs, Intoxication, and Controlled Substances

The following are prohibited:

Selling, distributing, or facilitating illegal drugs;
Selling prescription medications without authorization;
Encouraging the misuse of prescription medication;
Content showing sexual activity involving a person unable to consent because of intoxication;
Instructions for drugging another person;
Promoting substances as a method of overcoming another person’s resistance;
Offering drugs or medications in exchange for sexual content or activity;
Content promoting unsafe injection practices;
False or unsupported claims about drugs, supplements, hormones, or medical treatments; and
Links or referrals to unlawful drug marketplaces.

Responsible educational discussions about substance use, sexual health, harm reduction, or treatment may be allowed when they do not promote unlawful conduct.

12. Medical and Health Content

AdultClub may provide adult-wellness and sexual-health education, but AdultClub may not be used to engage in unauthorized medical practice or unlawful healthcare transactions.

Users may not:

Diagnose or treat a person without appropriate qualifications and authorization;
Claim to be a physician, therapist, pharmacist, nurse, or other licensed professional without holding the required credentials;
Make fraudulent, deceptive, or unsupported medical claims;
Guarantee cures, treatment results, or health outcomes;
Instruct users to disregard professional medical advice;
Promote dangerous sexual-health practices as risk-free;
Sell or prescribe medication through AdultClub unless expressly authorized by AdultClub and permitted by law;
Promote counterfeit, adulterated, misbranded, or unapproved medical products;
Provide instructions for altering or misusing prescription products;
Falsify clinical credentials, research, testimonials, or treatment results; or
Exploit a person’s medical condition for sexual or financial purposes.

Educational content must be presented as general information unless it is provided through an AdultClub service specifically authorized to deliver professional healthcare.

13. Harassment, Hate, Threats, and Exploitation

AdultClub prohibits:

Credible threats of violence;
Stalking;
Sexual harassment;
Repeated unwanted contact;
Blackmail;
Sextortion;
Doxxing;
Publishing private contact information without authorization;
Encouraging others to harass or target a person;
Content that promotes hatred or violence against a protected group;
Dehumanizing attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or another protected characteristic;
Exploiting a person’s disability, homelessness, immigration status, addiction, or financial distress;
Threatening to publish intimate material unless a person pays money or provides additional content;
Threatening to reveal a person’s sexual activity or identity; and
Using AdultClub to intimidate witnesses, complainants, performers, or former partners.

Good-faith criticism, education, debate, and discussion are not prohibited merely because they are uncomfortable or unpopular. They may not, however, be used as a pretext for harassment, threats, or unlawful discrimination.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

Users may not publish, sell, request, or distribute another person’s sensitive personal information without lawful authority.

Prohibited information includes:

Home addresses;
Private telephone numbers;
Personal email addresses;
Government identification numbers;
Social Security numbers;
Financial account information;
Medical records;
Passwords or authentication credentials;
Private communications;
Precise real-time location;
Biometric identifiers;
Identification documents;
Personal information obtained through hacking or deception; and
Information that could expose a person to stalking, fraud, discrimination, or physical harm.

Identification and consent records provided for AdultClub verification may not be republished through the Service.

15. Impersonation and Synthetic Content

Users may not impersonate another person, business, professional, or government authority.

The following are prohibited:

Creating a profile in another person’s name without authorization;
Using stolen photographs or videos;
Falsely claiming to be a licensed professional;
Pretending to represent AdultClub or Medical Web LLC;
Creating sexualized deepfakes of a real person without documented consent;
Using AI to place a real person’s face or voice into sexual content without authorization;
Presenting synthetic content as an authentic recording when doing so would be deceptive;
AI-generated sexual content involving minors or persons presented as minors;
Synthetic content used for fraud, blackmail, harassment, or exploitation; and
Using another person’s likeness to sell content without permission.

AdultClub may require artificially generated or materially altered content to be clearly labeled.

Labeling synthetic content does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.

16. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users may upload only content they own or are legally authorized to use and distribute.

Users may not upload or promote:

Stolen videos, photographs, courses, or recordings;
Pirated movies or subscription content;
Content copied from another creator;
Material removed from another service and reposted without authorization;
Unauthorized recordings of classes, events, calls, or live sessions;
Counterfeit products;
Unauthorized trademarks or logos used to mislead users;
Circumvention tools intended primarily to defeat copyright protections; or
Links to unlawfully copied material.

17. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Conduct

AdultClub prohibits:

Fraudulent profiles;
Stolen payment methods;
Chargeback fraud;
Money laundering;
Identity theft;
Account takeovers;
Phishing;
Advance-fee schemes;
Romance scams;
Fake investment opportunities;
False claims about earnings;
Manipulation of AdultClub credits;
Artificially generated transactions;
Coordinated self-referrals intended to exploit referral payments;
Selling or transferring accounts without authorization;
Misrepresenting the source, popularity, or performance of content;
Fake reviews or testimonials;
Fraudulent fundraising;
Deceptive links or downloads; and
Attempts to bypass AdultClub’s payment or verification controls.

AdultClub credits have no use outside the purposes authorized by AdultClub and may not be used to conceal unlawful payments or facilitate prohibited activity.

18. Weapons and Illegal Goods

Users may not use AdultClub to sell, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to unlawfully acquire:

Firearms;
Ammunition;
Explosives;
Illegal weapons;
Stolen goods;
Counterfeit goods;
Controlled substances;
Forged identification;
Hacking tools intended for unlawful access;
Trafficked or exploitative services;
Wildlife contraband;
Human organs or body parts; or
Any product or service whose sale is unlawful.

General educational discussion may be permitted when it does not facilitate an unlawful transaction.

19. Malware and Platform Abuse

The following are prohibited:

Malware;
Ransomware;
Spyware;
Credential-stealing software;
Malicious scripts;
Links designed to compromise a user’s device or account;
Unauthorized scraping;
Attempts to defeat security controls;
Interfering with content-review technology;
Attempting to identify or retaliate against moderators or complainants;
Manipulating reporting systems;
Creating accounts to evade a suspension;
Re-uploading removed content;
Using coded or altered material to avoid automated detection;
Removing or falsifying watermarks or rights-management information; and
Helping another person evade AdultClub enforcement.

20. Live Streams, Video Calls, and Private Communications

All live sessions, video calls, private classes, and messaging activities must comply with this Policy.

Private content is not exempt from AdultClub’s rules.

Users may not use live or private features to:

Introduce an unverified participant;
Display a minor;
Arrange prostitution or compensated sexual meetings;
Engage in non-consensual conduct;
Share prohibited content;
Groom, exploit, or threaten another person;
Avoid content-review requirements;
Direct users to an external platform to complete prohibited activity;
Facilitate unauthorized recording;
Request illegal content; or
Conduct fraudulent transactions.

AdultClub may use automated tools, human review, delayed publication, live moderation, transaction monitoring, and other safeguards to enforce this Policy where permitted by law.

AdultClub may immediately terminate a live session when prohibited conduct is detected or reported.

21. Content Review and Documentation

AdultClub may review content before it is published, sold, streamed, promoted, or otherwise made available.

Users must provide requested information, including:

Government-issued identification;
Age-verification records;
Performer releases;
Records of consent;
Proof of content ownership;
Licenses and permissions;
Professional credentials;
Production dates;
Original source files;
Information identifying every depicted person;
Records required under applicable law; and
Other documentation reasonably necessary to verify compliance.

Where applicable, producers and other responsible parties must comply with 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and related regulations concerning performer identification and recordkeeping.

Submitting documentation does not guarantee that content will be approved.

Users may not publish content before AdultClub has completed any review required for that content.

22. Reporting Prohibited Content

Anyone may report content or conduct believed to violate this Policy.

Reports may be submitted using the Report Content function available on the Service or by contacting:

A report should include, when available:

The exact URL or location of the content;
The account or username involved;
A description of the violation;
The reason the reporter believes the content is prohibited;
The reporter’s contact information;
Whether the reporter appears in the content;
Any supporting documentation;
Whether anyone may be in immediate danger; and
Whether the report involves a person who may be under 18.

Reports involving suspected minors, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, credible threats, or immediate danger should be clearly marked URGENT.

23. AdultClub’s Response

AdultClub may take one or more of the following actions after receiving a report or discovering a potential violation:

Restrict or disable access to content;
Prevent content from being published;
End a live session;
Request additional information;
Review age, identity, consent, and ownership records;
Notify the uploader;
Remove content permanently;
Restrict account features;
Suspend sales or monetization;
Restrict purchases, withdrawals, or transfers;
Preserve relevant account and transaction records;
Issue a warning;
Temporarily suspend an account;
Permanently terminate an account;
Terminate related accounts;
Prevent the creation of replacement accounts;
Notify payment processors or business partners;
Report suspected criminal conduct to appropriate authorities; and
Take any other action permitted by law or AdultClub’s agreements.

AdultClub may temporarily restrict content or an account while an investigation is pending.

Content removal does not necessarily mean that AdultClub has made a final legal determination about the reported conduct.

24. Repeat and Severe Violations

AdultClub may terminate users who repeatedly violate this Policy.

AdultClub is not required to issue a particular number of warnings before terminating an account.

AdultClub may immediately terminate an account for a single severe violation, including:

Content involving a minor;
Child sexual abuse material;
Trafficking;
Non-consensual intimate imagery;
Rape or sexual assault;
Serious threats;
Sextortion;
Fraudulent identification;
Deliberate consent-record falsification;
Intentional distribution of stolen intimate content;
Deliberate evasion of safety controls; or
Conduct presenting an immediate risk of serious harm.

AdultClub may consider related accounts, shared payment information, shared devices, shared identification, common ownership, and other reliable information when identifying enforcement evasion.

25. Appeals

A user may appeal certain content or account decisions by contacting:

The appeal should include:

The user’s legal name;
The AdultClub username;
The affected content or account;
The date of the decision;
The reason the user believes the decision was incorrect; and
Any supporting evidence.

An appeal does not automatically restore content or reactivate an account.

AdultClub may deny appeals involving severe violations, fraudulent submissions, repeated violations, legal restrictions, payment-network requirements, or risks to a depicted person.

A person depicted in content may request review or removal even when that person is not the account holder who uploaded it.

26. No Retaliation

Users may not retaliate against a person who:

Reports content;
Requests removal;
Withdraws consent;
Participates in an investigation;
Provides information to AdultClub;
Contacts law enforcement;
Submits a DMCA notice; or
Appeals a content decision.

Retaliation may result in immediate account termination.

27. Cooperation and Record Preservation

AdultClub may preserve and disclose information when required or permitted by law, including in response to:

Court orders;
Subpoenas;
Search warrants;
Preservation requests;
Reports involving child exploitation;
Emergency requests;
Investigations involving trafficking, violence, fraud, or exploitation; and
Other valid legal process.

AdultClub may preserve content, account information, communications, identity records, consent records, transaction information, IP addresses, access logs, and other relevant information.

Removal from public access does not necessarily mean that all copies will be immediately deleted from secure evidence, backup, compliance, or legal-preservation systems.

28. Relationship to Other AdultClub Policies

This Policy should be read together with AdultClub’s:

Terms of Service;
Community Guidelines;
Complaints Policy;
Content Removal and Appeals Policy;
DMCA Copyright Policy;
Privacy Policy;
Performer Consent and Verification Policy;
18 U.S.C. § 2257 Recordkeeping Statement, where applicable; and
Payment and Credits Terms.

Where another AdultClub policy imposes a stricter requirement, the stricter requirement may apply.

29. Changes to This Policy

AdultClub may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, payment-network requirements, safety practices, technology, or AdultClub’s operations.

The updated Policy will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
