DMCA Copyright Policy

Effective Date: 7/31/2026 Last Updated: 7/31/2026 AdultClub respects the intellectual property rights of creators, instructors, copyright owners, and other third parties. This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how MedicalWeb LLC, doing business as AdultClub (“AdultClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), responds to copyright infringement claims relating to AdultClub.ai and any AdultClub website, mobile application, platform, feature, or service that links to this Policy, collectively referred to as the “Service.” This Policy is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. User Responsibility

AdultClub users may not upload, publish, transmit, sell, stream, display, distribute, promote, or otherwise make available any content unless they own the necessary rights or have permission from the applicable rights holder. This requirement applies to all content made available through the Service, including:
  • Videos and live streams;
  • Photographs and images;
  • Audio and music;
  • Course materials and educational content;
  • Written posts, descriptions, and messages;
  • Graphics, logos, illustrations, and artwork;
  • Downloadable materials;
  • Thumbnails, promotional materials, and advertisements; and
  • Any other copyright-protected material.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe another person’s copyright or other intellectual property rights.

2. Submitting a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

A copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf, may submit a written notice requesting that AdultClub remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. The notice must include substantially all of the following information:

2.1 Signature

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

2.2 Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. When multiple copyrighted works are covered by one notice, the notice may provide a representative list of those works.

2.3 Identification of the Allegedly Infringing Material

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient for AdultClub to locate it. Please provide the exact URL or URLs where the material appears. General references to an account, profile, instructor, course, category, or homepage may not be sufficient.

2.4 Contact Information

Information reasonably sufficient for AdultClub to contact the complaining party, including:
  • Full legal name;
  • Mailing address;
  • Telephone number; and
  • Email address.

2.5 Good-Faith Statement

The following statement, or a statement substantially similar to it: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described in this notice is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

2.6 Accuracy and Authority Statement

The following statement, or a statement substantially similar to it: “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.” DMCA notices must be sent to AdultClub’s designated DMCA agent: DMCA Agent: Kyle Rao Legal Entity: MedicalWeb LLC Address: 5400 South Lakeshore Drive suite 112, Tempe, AZ 85283, US Telephone: 1-888-838-1902 Email: adultclubai@gmail.com The subject line should state: DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice Submitting the same notice through multiple channels may delay processing.

3. Incomplete or Deficient Notices

A notice that does not substantially comply with the requirements above may not constitute an effective DMCA notice. When reasonably possible, AdultClub may contact the sender to request missing information or clarification. AdultClub is not required to act on vague, incomplete, misleading, or unsupported demands. AdultClub may nevertheless remove or restrict content when it independently determines that removal is appropriate under its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety policies.

4. AdultClub’s Response to a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a substantially compliant DMCA notice, AdultClub may:
  • Review the notice for completeness;
  • Request additional information from the complaining party;
  • Remove or disable access to the identified material;
  • Notify the user who uploaded or published the material;
  • Provide the user with information about submitting a counter-notification;
  • Restrict the content from being republished;
  • Record the incident under AdultClub’s repeat-infringer policy;
  • Suspend associated payments, withdrawals, or account features when reasonably necessary;
  • Preserve relevant account and transaction information; and
  • Take other actions permitted by AdultClub’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
AdultClub may provide a copy of the infringement notice, including the complaining party’s contact information, to the affected user or that user’s authorized representative. AdultClub does not adjudicate copyright ownership disputes. Removal or disabling of content does not mean AdultClub has determined that infringement occurred.

5. DMCA Counter-Notification

A user who believes that content was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification may submit a written counter-notification to AdultClub’s designated DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include substantially all of the following:

5.1 Signature

The user’s physical or electronic signature.

5.2 Identification of Removed Material

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

5.3 Statement Under Penalty of Perjury

The following statement, or a statement substantially similar to it: “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.”

5.4 Contact Information

The user’s:
  • Full legal name;
  • Physical address;
  • Telephone number; and
  • Email address associated with the AdultClub account.

5.5 Consent to Jurisdiction and Service

The following statement, or a statement substantially similar to it: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located. If my address is outside the United States, I consent to the jurisdiction of any United States Federal District Court in which AdultClub may be found. 6. Disclosure of Counter-Notification Information

By submitting a counter-notification, the user authorizes AdultClub to provide the counter-notification, including the user’s name, address, telephone number, and other information contained in the counter-notification, to the person who submitted the original infringement notice. Users who do not want their personal information disclosed should consider obtaining advice from an attorney before submitting a counter-notification.

7. Restoration of Removed Material

After AdultClub receives a substantially compliant counter-notification, AdultClub may provide a copy to the original complaining party and inform that party that AdultClub may restore the material. AdultClub may restore the material or cease disabling access to it no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification unless AdultClub’s designated agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity. AdultClub may decline to restore content when:
  • The original complaining party provides notice of a qualifying court action;
  • The content independently violates AdultClub’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other policies;
  • The content presents a safety, consent, exploitation, privacy, or legal concern;
  • The user does not have an active account in good standing;
  • AdultClub is legally prohibited from restoring the material; or
  • AdultClub determines that continued access to the content would expose the Service or its users to material risk.
Restoration under the DMCA process does not guarantee that AdultClub will continue hosting the content under its contractual platform rules.

8. Repeat-Infringer Policy

AdultClub has adopted a policy providing for the restriction, suspension, or termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload or distribute material without the necessary rights. AdultClub may consider the following when determining whether a user is a repeat infringer:
  • The number and frequency of substantially compliant infringement notices associated with the user;
  • Whether notices were withdrawn, successfully countered, or determined to involve misidentification;
  • Whether the user repeatedly republishes previously removed material;
  • Whether the user attempts to evade content restrictions or enforcement actions;
  • Whether multiple accounts are used to distribute the same allegedly infringing material;
  • Any admissions, court orders, judgments, or other reliable evidence of infringement;
  • The apparent willfulness, severity, or commercial nature of the conduct;
  • Whether the user has received prior warnings;
  • Whether the user has implemented reasonable corrective measures; and
  • The totality of the circumstances.
AdultClub is not required to wait for a particular number of notices before acting. AdultClub may immediately suspend or terminate an account when the circumstances reasonably indicate deliberate, systematic, flagrant, or commercially motivated infringement. Enforcement actions may include:
  • Written warnings;
  • Removal of individual items;
  • Restrictions on uploads, streaming, messaging, or sales;
  • Suspension of monetization features;
  • Temporary account suspension;
  • Permanent account termination;
  • Termination of related or associated accounts;
  • Prevention of new account registration;
  • Withholding or handling funds as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law; and
  • Referral of suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
Creating another account to evade copyright enforcement is prohibited. AdultClub may maintain records of notices, counter-notifications, removals, account associations, and enforcement decisions to administer this Policy.

9. Standard Technical Measures

AdultClub accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works when those measures satisfy the requirements of applicable copyright law. Users may not remove, bypass, disable, alter, obscure, or interfere with watermarks, copyright notices, content-identification technology, access controls, digital rights management systems, or other rights-management information.

10. False or Misleading Submissions

The DMCA process must not be used to:
  • Harass another user;
  • Suppress lawful criticism or competition;
  • Resolve personal or contractual disputes;
  • Claim rights the sender does not own or control;
  • Remove content merely because the sender appears in it;
  • Report trademark, privacy, defamation, consent, or publicity-right disputes as copyright claims; or
  • Submit statements known to be false or materially misleading.
A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be responsible for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees under applicable law. AdultClub may reject abusive notices, restrict access to its reporting systems, terminate accounts, or pursue other available remedies when the DMCA process is misused.

11. Copyright Notices Are Not General Content Reports

The DMCA process applies specifically to copyright claims. Do not use the DMCA email address to report:
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • Sexual exploitation or trafficking;
  • Content involving minors;
  • Impersonation or identity theft;
  • Privacy or publicity-right violations;
  • Trademark infringement;
  • Defamation;
  • Fraud;
  • Threats or harassment; or
  • Other unlawful or unsafe conduct.

12. No Waiver of AdultClub’s Rights

This Policy does not limit AdultClub’s right to:
  • Remove or restrict content for reasons unrelated to copyright;
  • Enforce its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
  • Investigate suspected fraud, exploitation, or unlawful conduct;
  • Comply with subpoenas, court orders, and legal process;
  • Preserve information when litigation or an investigation is reasonably anticipated;
  • Provide information to law enforcement when legally required or permitted; or
  • Exercise any other right or remedy available under contract or law.
AdultClub may take action based on actual knowledge, apparent infringement, credible reports, court orders, or violations of its platform rules even when a formal DMCA notice has not been submitted.

13. Changes to This Policy

AdultClub may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, enforcement procedures, or business operations. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means.
