AdultClub Content Removal and Appeals Policy

1. Purpose

AdultClub is committed to promptly reviewing and appropriately removing unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited content. This Content Removal and Appeals Policy explains:

When AdultClub may restrict or remove content;
How content-removal requests are evaluated;
What temporary protective measures AdultClub may take;
How depicted persons may request removal;
What happens to accounts, payments, and credits associated with removed content;
When removed content may be restored;
How eligible users may appeal a decision; and
How AdultClub preserves evidence and cooperates with appropriate authorities.

AdultClub is operated by MedicalWeb LLC (“AdultClub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to AdultClub.ai and every AdultClub website, mobile application, profile, course, live session, messaging feature, payment feature, or other service that links to this Policy, collectively referred to as the “Service.”

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all content made available through or connected to the Service, including:

Videos;
Live streams;
Courses and educational materials;
Photographs and images;
Audio recordings;
Written posts and descriptions;
Comments and reviews;
Usernames and profile information;
Thumbnails and promotional materials;
Advertisements;
Private and group messages;
Downloadable files;
External links;
Embedded content;
Artificially generated or digitally altered content;
Products and services promoted through AdultClub; and
Any other content transmitted, stored, sold, streamed, displayed, or distributed through the Service.

Private, paid, limited-access, or encrypted content is not exempt from this Policy.

3. Relationship to Other AdultClub Policies

This Policy should be read together with AdultClub’s:

Terms of Service;
Prohibited Content Policy;
Complaints Policy;
DMCA Copyright Policy;
Community Guidelines;
Privacy Policy;
Performer Consent and Verification Policy;
Payment and Credits Terms; and
Any other policy applicable to the Service.

A single report may be reviewed under more than one AdultClub policy. When policies impose different requirements, AdultClub may apply the requirement that provides greater protection against illegality, exploitation, lack of consent, financial abuse, or personal harm.

4. AdultClub’s Right to Remove Content

AdultClub may reject, restrict, disable, block, demonetize, or permanently remove content when AdultClub reasonably determines that the content:

Violates the AdultClub Prohibited Content Policy;
Violates AdultClub’s Terms of Service or another applicable policy;
Is illegal or may facilitate illegal conduct;
Involves or may involve a minor;
Constitutes or may constitute child sexual abuse material;
Was created or distributed without valid consent;
Exceeds the scope of the consent originally provided;
Involves trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or abuse;
Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
Presents a credible safety or security risk;
Contains fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading information;
Violates payment-network, acquiring-bank, or processor requirements;
Is the subject of valid legal process;
Exposes AdultClub, its users, or another person to unacceptable legal or operational risk;
Cannot be verified through required age, identity, ownership, or consent records; or
Is otherwise inappropriate for the Service.

AdultClub may remove content even when no court has determined that the content is unlawful. AdultClub is not required to host content merely because the content may be lawful in one jurisdiction.

5. How Content May Come Under Review

AdultClub may review content as a result of:

Prepublication content review;
Automated content-detection systems;
Human moderation;
A user complaint;
A report from a depicted person;
A report from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative;
A DMCA notice;
A report from a rights holder;
A report from a payment processor or business partner;
A law-enforcement request;
A court order, subpoena, warrant, or preservation request;
A report from a safety organization;
A pattern of suspicious account or transaction activity;
An internal compliance review; or
Information obtained from another reliable source.

AdultClub may also review related content, accounts, transactions, and communications when reasonably necessary to investigate a reported item.

6. Immediate Removal or Restriction

AdultClub may immediately restrict or remove content without advance notice when the content appears to involve:

A minor;
Child sexual abuse material;
Grooming, enticement, or exploitation of a minor;
Trafficking;
Non-consensual intimate imagery;
Hidden-camera or voyeuristic content;
Rape, sexual assault, or forced sexual activity;
Sexual deepfakes created without authorization;
A credible threat of imminent violence;
Sextortion or blackmail;
An active live-stream safety incident;
Fraudulent age, identity, or consent documentation;
Serious physical injury or abuse;
Unlawful commercial sexual services;
Malware or an immediate security threat; or
Another substantial risk of immediate or continuing harm.

AdultClub may take immediate protective action before completing its investigation. An immediate restriction does not necessarily represent a final determination.

7. Temporary Content Restriction

AdultClub may temporarily disable access to content while reviewing whether it complies with AdultClub’s policies. Temporary measures may include:

Making content unavailable to the public;
Preventing purchases or access;
Pausing a course;
Ending or suspending a live session;
Disabling downloads;
Removing content from search and recommendations;
Restricting sharing or embedding;
Preventing the uploader from editing or deleting relevant evidence;
Suspending new uploads;
Restricting messaging features;
Suspending monetization;
Restricting associated credits or withdrawals; or
Temporarily suspending the account.

Temporary restrictions may remain in place until AdultClub has received and reviewed the information reasonably necessary to make a decision.

8. Content Removal Requests

Anyone may request review or removal of content believed to violate AdultClub’s policies. Requests may be submitted through:

The Report Content function available on applicable content, profiles, courses, messages, or live sessions, where available; or

9. Information Required for a Removal Request

A removal request should include as much of the following information as reasonably available:

The requester’s full name;
Email address and telephone number;
The exact URL or location of the content;
The account, username, or instructor involved;
The title or description of the content;
A description of why removal is requested;
Whether the requester appears or is heard in the content;
Whether the requester is acting for another person;
Whether a minor may be involved;
Whether consent is disputed;
Whether the content is alleged to be illegal;
Whether anyone may be in immediate danger;
The date the content was observed;
Supporting documents or communications;
Whether the matter was reported to law enforcement; and
The action requested.

AdultClub may request additional information before making a final decision. A lack of complete information will not prevent AdultClub from taking temporary action when the available information indicates a serious risk.

10. Requests From Depicted Persons

A person who appears or is heard in content may request that AdultClub review or remove it. A depicted person may report that:

They did not consent to being recorded;
They did not consent to publication;
They did not consent to commercial distribution;
They authorized a different or more limited use;
The content exceeds the permission originally provided;
Their consent was obtained through force, fraud, coercion, threats, or deception;
They were under 18 when the content was created;
They were unable to provide valid consent;
They were intoxicated, unconscious, asleep, or otherwise incapacitated;
The identification or release records are false;
The content was stolen, leaked, hacked, or secretly recorded;
Their likeness or voice was digitally manipulated;
The content is a non-consensual deepfake;
Continued publication creates a serious safety risk; or
They otherwise dispute AdultClub’s continued distribution of the content.

AdultClub may require reasonable identity verification to confirm that the requester is the person depicted. AdultClub may restrict the content while the requester’s identity and the uploader’s consent records are reviewed.

11. Age and Identity Verification

When a removal request involves the age or identity of a person depicted in content, AdultClub may require the uploader to provide:

A valid government-issued identification document;
A secondary identification record;
A current identity-verification photograph or video;
The legal name of every depicted person;
The date on which the content was produced;
Records showing that every depicted person was at least 18;
Applicable producer and custodian records;
Original source files and metadata; or
Other verification information reasonably requested by AdultClub.

Content may be removed when:

The uploader does not timely respond;
The records are missing;
The records are incomplete;
The records appear altered or fraudulent;
The records do not match the depicted person;
The production date cannot be verified;
Adult age cannot be reliably established; or
AdultClub otherwise cannot confirm compliance.

12. Consent Documentation

AdultClub may require the uploader to establish that every depicted person gave informed, voluntary, specific, and documented consent to:

Participate in the activity;
Be photographed, recorded, or otherwise depicted;
Participate in the particular acts shown;
Have the content uploaded;
Have the content distributed through AdultClub;
Have the content monetized, where applicable; and
Any other material use made of the content.

AdultClub may request:

Signed performer releases;
Distribution agreements;
Identification records;
Recorded consent confirmations;
Production records;
Relevant communications;
Original files and metadata;
Payment records; and
Other evidence of consent.

A release or contract does not automatically establish valid consent. AdultClub may disregard a release when there is credible evidence that it was:

Forged;
Altered;
Obtained through force, threats, coercion, or fraud;
Signed by a minor;
Signed by a person who lacked capacity;
Materially incomplete;
Applied beyond its stated scope; or
Otherwise invalid or unreliable.

13. Withdrawal or Dispute of Consent

AdultClub distinguishes between:

A claim that consent never existed;
A claim that consent was obtained improperly;
A claim that the content exceeds the scope of consent;
A claim that consent was withdrawn during the depicted activity; and
A request to withdraw previously granted distribution consent.

AdultClub will remove content when it determines that the content was created or distributed without valid consent or outside the scope of the consent provided. AdultClub may also remove content when continued publication creates a substantial safety, exploitation, legal, payment-network, or compliance risk. The existence of a private contract does not require AdultClub to continue hosting content. AdultClub does not resolve claims for money damages or contractual compensation between private parties.

14. Content Involving Minors

AdultClub has zero tolerance for content involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of minors. When AdultClub identifies or receives a credible report concerning such content, AdultClub may:

Immediately disable access;
Terminate a live session;
Suspend associated accounts;
Prevent further uploads;
Preserve relevant evidence;
Restrict transactions and withdrawals;
Limit internal access to the reported material;
Make legally required reports;
Cooperate with appropriate authorities; and
Take other measures necessary to prevent further distribution.

Users must not download, copy, forward, attach, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material when making a report. Removal from public access does not necessarily mean that evidence has been deleted from secure systems.

15. Non-Consensual Intimate Content

AdultClub may promptly remove content that appears to constitute:

Non-consensual intimate imagery;
Revenge pornography;
Hidden-camera content;
Voyeuristic content;
Stolen or leaked intimate material;
Hacked private content;
Content distributed beyond the authorization provided;
Content involving a person unable to consent;
Content produced through coercion or exploitation; or
Non-consensual sexual deepfakes.

AdultClub may remove content based on a credible request from a depicted person even before every factual dispute has been finally resolved. Continued hosting is not guaranteed merely because the uploader disputes the removal request.

16. Copyright and DMCA Removal

Copyright complaints are governed by AdultClub’s separate DMCA Copyright Policy. When AdultClub receives a substantially compliant DMCA notice, AdultClub may:

Remove or disable access to the identified material;
Notify the uploader;
Provide information about submitting a counter-notification;
Record the incident under AdultClub’s repeat-infringer policy; and
Take other actions permitted by law or AdultClub’s policies.

A DMCA counter-notification does not require AdultClub to restore content that independently violates the Prohibited Content Policy, Terms of Service, consent requirements, or another AdultClub rule.

17. Other Intellectual Property and Identity Rights

AdultClub may remove content that infringes or misuses:

Trademarks;
Trade names;
Logos;
Publicity rights;
Privacy rights;
Likeness rights;
Voice rights;
Professional credentials;
Personal identity; or
Other proprietary rights.

AdultClub may request proof of ownership, registration, authorization, or identity before acting. Claims that do not fall under the DMCA may be evaluated under AdultClub’s Terms of Service and other policies.

18. Review and Decision Criteria

When deciding whether to remove, restrict, or restore content, AdultClub may consider:

The nature and severity of the alleged violation;
The credibility and specificity of the report;
Whether a minor may be involved;
Whether the content is consensual;
Whether the requester appears in the content;
The scope of any documented consent;
The reliability of age and identity records;
The uploader’s ownership or authorization;
The possibility of immediate or continuing harm;
Applicable law;
Court orders or legal process;
Payment-network and processor requirements;
Previous complaints involving the content or uploader;
Evidence of fraud, coercion, or retaliation;
Whether the content has been re-uploaded after removal;
The uploader’s compliance history; and
Any other relevant circumstances.

AdultClub may apply a precautionary approach when there is a credible risk involving minors, consent, exploitation, trafficking, or serious personal harm.

19. Removal Timeframes

AdultClub will address complaints concerning illegal or non-consensual content within seven business days after receiving enough information to locate and evaluate the content. AdultClub will act sooner when a report involves:

A minor;
Suspected child sexual abuse material;
Trafficking;
Immediate danger;
Active exploitation;
A credible threat;
Non-consensual intimate content; or
An ongoing live session.

Addressing a request may include:

Temporarily restricting the content;
Permanently removing the content;
Requesting additional information;
Suspending an account;
Referring the matter to authorities;
Determining that the report cannot be substantiated; or
Taking another reasonable interim or final action.

A complex investigation may take longer than seven business days to complete. AdultClub may keep content restricted while the review continues.

20. Notice to the Uploader

Where appropriate, AdultClub may notify the uploader or affected account holder that:

Content has been restricted or removed;
A complaint has been received;
Additional information is required;
Age, identity, ownership, or consent records must be provided;
Account or payment features have been restricted;
A policy violation has been recorded; or
An appeal may be available.

AdultClub may delay, limit, or withhold notice when disclosure could:

Endanger another person;
Reveal a complainant’s identity;
Cause evidence to be destroyed;
Interfere with a law-enforcement investigation;
Violate a court order;
Compromise a security procedure;
Encourage retaliation; or
Enable enforcement evasion.

21. Notice to the Requester

Where reasonably appropriate, AdultClub may tell the requester that:

The request was received;
Content was temporarily restricted;
Content was permanently removed;
Additional information is needed;
The request could not be substantiated;
The matter must be handled under the DMCA process;
The matter was referred to an appropriate authority; or
The review has been closed.

AdultClub may not provide confidential account information, payment information, identity records, internal moderation records, or information whose disclosure could endanger another person or interfere with an investigation.

22. Effect of Content Removal

Removal or restriction may include:

Disabling the content URL;
Removing the content from profiles, courses, feeds, and search;
Ending access for previous purchasers where legally and technically appropriate;
Preventing future purchases;
Disabling downloads;
Removing thumbnails and promotional materials;
Blocking identified duplicate uploads;
Preventing the content from being embedded or shared;
Removing associated advertisements;
Restricting related messages or links;
Demonetizing the content; and
Taking action against associated accounts.

AdultClub cannot guarantee removal of copies hosted, downloaded, cached, recorded, or distributed by unrelated third parties outside AdultClub’s control.

23. Re-Uploads and Duplicate Content

Users may not re-upload content that AdultClub has removed or restricted. Users may not attempt to evade removal by:

Cropping or editing the content;
Changing the file format;
Altering audio or visual elements;
Mirroring or reversing the image;
Adding overlays or watermarks;
Changing the title or description;
Uploading the content through another account;
Linking to an external copy;
Dividing the content into multiple files; or
Using another method intended to defeat detection.

AdultClub may use automated matching, file fingerprints, hashes, metadata, account associations, and human review to identify prohibited re-uploads. Attempts to evade removal may result in immediate account termination.

24. Account Enforcement

Content removal may result in additional account action, including:

A compliance warning;
Mandatory policy education;
Required reverification;
Upload restrictions;
Messaging restrictions;
Removal from search or recommendations;
Suspension of live features;
Suspension of monetization;
Temporary account suspension;
Permanent account termination;
Termination of associated accounts;
Prevention of new account registration; or
Referral to appropriate authorities.

AdultClub may immediately terminate an account for a single severe violation. Severe violations include content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, serious exploitation, fraudulent consent records, or deliberate enforcement evasion.

25. Payments, Earnings, and Credits

When content is removed or an account is investigated, AdultClub may take actions permitted by its Payment and Credits Terms, processor requirements, and applicable law, including:

Suspending sales;
Preventing new purchases;
Pausing monetization;
Restricting credits;
Delaying or restricting withdrawals;
Reversing fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
Processing refunds where appropriate;
Preserving transaction records;
Recovering chargebacks or losses; or
Handling remaining balances according to AdultClub’s agreements.

Removal of content does not automatically entitle the uploader to payment. AdultClub will not withhold funds solely as punishment. Any financial restriction will be based on AdultClub’s agreements, fraud risk, chargeback exposure, processor requirements, legal obligations, or another legitimate operational reason.

26. Preservation of Evidence

AdultClub may preserve information related to removed or restricted content, including:

The reported content;
Original source files;
Account information;
Age and identity records;
Performer releases;
Consent records;
Messages;
Upload and access logs;
IP addresses;
Device information;
Transaction and payment records;
Complaint correspondence;
Internal review records; and
Associated account information.

Content may be removed from public access while being retained securely for:

Legal compliance;
Evidence preservation;
Safety investigations;
Fraud prevention;
Appeals;
Litigation;
Law-enforcement requests;
Regulatory requirements; or
Enforcement of AdultClub’s policies.

AdultClub may limit employee and contractor access to sensitive evidence.

27. Reporting to Authorities

AdultClub may report content, conduct, users, or transactions to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law. Reports may involve:

Child sexual exploitation;
Trafficking;
Grooming or enticement;
Credible threats;
Sexual assault;
Extortion or sextortion;
Fraud;
Money laundering;
Stolen identities;
Serious physical violence; or
Other suspected criminal activity.

AdultClub may cooperate with:

Law-enforcement agencies;
Courts;
Government authorities;
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children;
Payment processors;
Financial institutions;
Safety organizations; and
Other authorized parties.

AdultClub may act without notifying the affected user when notice could interfere with an investigation, create danger, or violate applicable law.

28. Appeals by Uploaders and Account Holders

An uploader or affected account holder may appeal certain removal or enforcement decisions. Appeals must be submitted to: Email: adultclubai@gmail.com Subject: AdultClub Content Removal Appeal The appeal should include:

The appellant’s full legal name;
AdultClub username;
Case or reference number, if available;
The URL or description of the removed content;
The decision being challenged;
The reason the appellant believes the decision was incorrect;
Proof of age and identity for every depicted person;
Proof of consent;
Proof of ownership or authorization;
Any relevant communications or original files;
Any new information not previously considered; and
The requested outcome.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore content or reactivate an account.

29. Appeals by Requesters or Depicted Persons

A requester or depicted person may appeal a decision not to remove content or may provide additional information supporting removal. The appeal should include:

The case or reference number;
The requester’s name;
The URL or description of the content;
The reason the earlier decision is disputed;
Any additional evidence;
Information concerning age, identity, consent, coercion, safety, or ownership; and
The action requested.

AdultClub may require identity verification before sharing information or acting on a depicted-person appeal.

30. Appeal Review

When reasonably practicable, an appeal will be reviewed by a person who did not make the original decision. AdultClub may consider:

New evidence;
Missing context;
The reliability of submitted records;
Whether consent was valid and sufficiently broad;
Whether all depicted persons were adults;
Whether the content independently violates another policy;
Whether restoration would create a safety or legal risk;
Whether a payment-network requirement prohibits restoration;
Whether legal process affects the content; and
The user’s prior enforcement history.

AdultClub may:

Uphold the original decision;
Modify the decision;
Restore the content;
Restore only part of the content;
Require edits or additional restrictions;
Require additional documentation;
Continue the investigation; or
Refer the matter to another process.

31. Appeals That May Be Denied

AdultClub may deny or decline to consider an appeal that:

Contains false or fraudulent information;
Relies on altered identification or releases;
Merely repeats information already reviewed;
Contains no relevant new evidence;
Is abusive or threatening;
Attempts to restore content involving a minor;
Attempts to restore child sexual abuse material;
Concerns trafficking or non-consensual content;
Challenges an action required by law or court order;
Attempts to evade payment-network requirements;
Was submitted outside a reasonable period without explanation;
Was submitted by a person without authority; or
Is part of repeated enforcement evasion.

AdultClub may permanently retain a content restriction when restoration would create an unacceptable safety, consent, exploitation, legal, or compliance risk.

32. Restoration of Content

AdultClub may restore content when it determines that:

The content was removed by mistake;
The reported person or activity was misidentified;
Satisfactory age and identity records were provided;
Valid consent and distribution authorization were established;
Ownership or licensing was established;
The content was modified to comply with AdultClub’s policies;
A legal restriction no longer applies; or
Restoration is otherwise appropriate.

AdultClub may impose conditions on restoration, including:

Editing the content;
Removing specific portions;
Adding disclosures or labels;
Limiting the audience;
Disabling downloads;
Restricting monetization;
Requiring renewed consent;
Requiring account reverification; or
Requiring ongoing monitoring.

Restoration under a DMCA counter-notification does not prevent AdultClub from continuing to restrict content under its other policies.

33. No Retaliation

Users may not retaliate against anyone who:

Submits a removal request;
Reports prohibited content;
Disputes or withdraws consent;
Participates in an investigation;
Provides evidence;
Appeals a decision;
Contacts law enforcement; or
Assists a depicted person.

Prohibited retaliation includes:

Threats;
Harassment;
Blackmail;
Sextortion;
Doxxing;
Publishing additional intimate content;
Targeting the person’s family or employer;
Withholding money to pressure the person;
Filing knowingly false reports; or
Encouraging others to retaliate.

Retaliation may result in immediate account termination.

34. False or Abusive Removal Requests

Users may not knowingly submit:

False removal requests;
Fraudulent identity documents;
Fabricated evidence;
Altered communications;
False claims of appearing in content;
False claims of ownership;
Requests submitted to harass a user;
Requests intended solely to suppress lawful competition;
Requests submitted as part of blackmail or extortion; or
Repeated duplicate requests intended to disrupt AdultClub.

AdultClub will not penalize a person merely because a good-faith request cannot be substantiated. Knowingly false or abusive requests may result in account action, restriction of reporting privileges, legal action, or referral to appropriate authorities.

35. No Guarantee of Complete Internet Removal

AdultClub can remove or restrict content from systems and services under AdultClub’s control. AdultClub cannot guarantee removal from:

Third-party websites;
Search-engine caches;
User devices;
Screen recordings;
Downloaded files;
External archives;
Social-media platforms;
Peer-to-peer networks; or
Other systems AdultClub does not control.

AdultClub may take reasonable steps to prevent redistribution through the Service and may cooperate with lawful requests concerning external copies.

36. No Determination of Private Legal Rights

AdultClub’s removal decision is a platform decision. A removal, restriction, restoration, or appeal decision does not necessarily determine:

Copyright ownership;
Contractual rights;
Defamation claims
